Time to focus on one pattern
Sometimes you would rather set aside a more spacious appointment than fit another call into an already full week. A premium intensive provides private time to give one concern your attention without trying to cover everything at once. You and Kelly agree on a focus before beginning, and you can ask questions about the approach throughout.
You might want to explore the automatic reach for a cigarette or vape, the habits surrounding sleep, stress and anxious thinking, or confidence before a significant event. Past life regression is also an option for personal exploration, approached as an imaginative experience rather than factual memory recovery. An intensive is not a promise to resolve a concern in a single visit.
Conversation first
The appointment begins with conversation about what you would like to feel or do differently. It can help to bring one ordinary example: a moment when a familiar habit takes over, an evening when your thoughts keep circling, or a situation you would like to approach with more confidence. You do not need to arrive with a polished explanation.
Kelly explains the hypnosis process and checks that you are comfortable with the direction. Together you decide what is appropriate to explore. The pace is collaborative, not a test of how quickly you can relax. You can say when something does not fit, choose what to share, and ask to pause.
Guided hypnosis, with you in control
During hypnosis, Kelly guides your attention through relaxation, imagery and suggestions connected to your agreed focus. You stay aware and in control. You can hear her voice, speak, open your eyes or stop whenever you wish. Working face to face does not change that basic relationship: you remain an active participant rather than someone having something done to them.
There is time to integrate afterward: to return to ordinary alertness, describe what you noticed and consider what might be useful between appointments. You do not have to produce a dramatic insight. A small observation or a practical self-hypnosis cue can be enough to take into the following days. Results vary.
Who an intensive may suit
This format may suit people who prefer working face to face, want time for depth within a short window, or find it easier to step away from their everyday surroundings. The reason for choosing an intensive can be practical as well as personal. The free consult is a chance to discuss whether this format or regular online sessions better fits your needs.
Clients may live on or visit the South Shore, including Plymouth, Kingston, Duxbury, Marshfield, Carver, Hingham, Pembroke and Plympton. If you are visiting, discuss availability before planning around an appointment. Limited availability means an intensive cannot be assumed to fit a particular travel date.
A private Plymouth setting
Intensives take place in a private, quiet setting in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The exact location is shared when your intensive is confirmed. Visits are by appointment only; there is no public street address listed here and no invitation to drop in. Discuss any practical needs during the consult so you can decide whether the arrangement suits you.
Length and fees are discussed during your free consult before you commit. No fixed duration, price or package is listed here. Sessions are private pay and insurance is not billed. You are welcome to take time after the conversation to decide whether you would like to book.
Online follow-ups and appropriate care
You can combine in-person work with online follow-ups by secure video. Some people prefer to meet face to face for an intensive and continue practicing from home afterward; others choose online sessions from the start. You and Kelly can discuss a plan without committing to an open-ended series or a guaranteed number of appointments.
Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado only. In Massachusetts she works as a hypnotherapist. Intensives are not psychotherapy, counseling or medical treatment and do not replace care from a doctor or licensed mental health provider. They are not appropriate during a mental health crisis.
