How Kelly frames the experience
People come to past life regression with very different beliefs. Some hold a spiritual view of reincarnation; others are skeptical and simply curious about what their imagination will produce. Kelly welcomes both. What arises in a session can be treated as metaphor, as story, as symbol, or as something personally meaningful without needing to be proven.
What Kelly does not do is present these experiences as factual memories. The mind in hypnosis is creative and suggestible, and it can produce vivid scenes that feel real. That is part of what makes the experience rich, and also why it should not be used to establish facts about the past.
What a session is like
After a conversation about your intentions, Kelly guides you into a deeply relaxed state, then invites your imagination to move through a doorway, corridor or path toward another time and place. You might notice your feet, your clothing, the landscape, the people around you. Some people see detailed scenes; others have impressions, feelings or a single strong image.
Kelly asks open, gentle questions rather than leading ones, so the story is yours. You can pause, step back and observe from a distance, or return to the present at any time. Afterward there is time to talk about what stood out and what it might mean to you now.
Why people choose it
Clients describe exploring themes they recognise from their own lives: a pull toward the sea, a sense of responsibility for others, a longing for a particular landscape, a persistent question about purpose. Seen through the lens of another story, those themes can sometimes feel clearer.
Others book a session as a once-in-a-lifetime experience, the way they might take a retreat. There is no requirement to have a problem to solve. Curiosity is reason enough.
Care and boundaries
Because imagination can produce intense scenes, Kelly keeps sessions paced and grounded. If something feels distressing, she helps you float above the scene, move forward, or return to the room. Past life regression is not a way to process trauma, and Kelly will not use it for that purpose.
It is also not suitable for everyone. If you have a history of psychosis, dissociation or are currently in crisis, please speak with a doctor or licensed mental health provider instead. Kelly may ask a few screening questions during the consult for that reason.
Online, in a place that feels safe
A familiar room, a blanket and the freedom to lie down make online regression sessions feel natural. Many people prefer to journal afterward without needing to drive anywhere, letting images settle in their own time. Plan a little quiet time after the call.
Use headphones and a reliable connection, and let anyone at home know you should not be interrupted. If the connection drops, Kelly will reconnect and gently guide you back into the session or out of it, whichever feels right.
